Joe was so helpful and so down to earth. After having what I thought was a horrible day after locking myself out of the house he came and it was an easy fix. His sense of humour made me feel better instantly… and even cut me extra keys within 5 minutes!. Highly recommend the next time I lock myself out lol

I would give Joe a 7 Star service rating out of 5 if it was available. He was an angel in disguise. Very quick and effective, very reasonably priced, and not to mention one of the kindest heart I have met by accident. He helped me not only replace my lost mail box key, but upon inspection realised that the lock itself was kaput. I would never have known if not for him, and not only that but he replaced the whole lock for me too within a matter of minutes. I am extremely grateful and thanks Joe. You are truly one of a kind.

I accidentally locked myself out of the house yesterday and called Joe. He responded very quickly and arrived within 20 minutes. The service was professional, efficient, and the price was fair with no hidden charges. Really appreciate the friendly attitude and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

I phoned quite a few locksmiths before Joe, with an issue with my window security screen. None of the others could help but Joe explained to me over the phone a few things I could try and I fixed the problem straight away! He was the only one who attempted to help me and his experience and knowledge was very clear. Thank you!

Joe’s professionalism and problem solving approach was second to none. Persisted with a ceased tube cam lock until he cracked it. So great to have a trained and skilled tradesman who does what he says he will, arrives on time with no surprises with the bill! Can’t recommend more highly!

Had quoted work to change out some locks by the owner Joe. Steve came out the very next day and professionally fitted. Happy with the result. I had some additional work which wasn't originally quoted and Joe came out to help out Steve due their busy work schedule that day.

I wasn't charge extra for having 2 locksmiths out at the same time which was nice along with extra care was taken to ensure the locks and keys all worked smoothly. Highly recommended.
